Recently, Sumitomo Bakelite Singapore was awarded certification for the following:

• QS9000 for Epoxy Molding Compound (EME)
• ISO9001 for Die Attach Paste (CRM)
• ISO9001 for Liquid Encapsulant (CRP)

The QS9000 Certification (Certificate No. Q 14431) for EME is a recognition of its quality for use in the automotive industry, according to standards developed by the three big American automotive companies: Ford, General Motors and Chrysler.This is in line with the company’s efforts at providing Total Customer Satisfaction.
